Dr. Hari Prasad Lamsal

Mr. Hari Prasad Lamsal, PhD is a Joint Secretary of Government of Nepal. Currently he is working in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Mr. Lamsal received education from University of Leeds (Master), Tribhuwan University (MPhil) and Kathmandu University (PhD) in education discipline. He has worked more than 27 years in education sector under different capacities ranging from secondary school head teacher, school supervisor, District Education Officer to the senior management position in the Ministry of Education. He has been actively working on educational planning and resource development sector in this pandemic.

Psyche Kennett

Psyche Kennett is an international consultant who works on education and local governance. Specializing in reforming curriculum, textbooks, teacher education, exam systems and school management for basic education at local level, Psyche has worked across South and South East Asia. She is now assisting Kawasoti Municiplaity through the British Council to develop a crisis-sensitive education management plan. By the end of this webinar, you will:  • be familiar with some key strategies for education planning in crisis situations. • be able to understand some of the best ways of planning while returning back to normality. • have access to some success stories of education planning during crisis situations.
